For most inner and central London boroughs, we can attend within 2–4 hours of your enquiry on the same day. In outer boroughs, same-day attendance is still our target, though we aim to confirm an arrival window when we respond. We will always give you a realistic time rather than an optimistic one.
Do you charge extra for emergency same-day call-outs?
